Return & Replacement Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

- For any damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- For products damaged in transit, share clear images or a short unboxing video only if visible damage exists.
Non-returnable Items
Certain products such as custom-made or electrical accessories may not be eligible for return once installed or used.
Non-returnable items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- In case of replacement, a new item will be shipped once the returned product is received.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns.
